My husband just turned 21 and we just moved to Washington and I'm not aware of there underage drinking with spouse laws.My husband is 21, can I drink with him in the state of Washington?
Not legally. (Sucks doesn't it? I even put off our wedding until I was 21 so I could actually drink at my own wedding!) However, you might be able to pass and not get carded at restaurants and especially if servers see your wedding ring. It does appear that there are ';family exceptions'; in the state of Washington to the 21-minimum law.
Go across the border to a bar in Oregon; it's allowed there.
Of course you can drink with him. But if you drink alcohol you could get both of you in trouble.
If you are under 21, you may not drink no matter who you are with, no matter what state you are in....

In most states (not sure if all of them) you can go in to the bar/club with your husband but that doesn't mean you can drink!
Doesn麓t matter if your husband is 50 you still need to be e21 to drink in a bar in the state of Washington.
What you're looking for is a ';family exceptions'; law.





For example, in MA, it's legal for people under 21 to drink if they do so in their home, aren't in public and have a parent/guardian, seems like spouse would fit in there. In CT, this isn't allowed at all.





If you can drink with him, it'd be in your apartment/house only.
