Well with all he has, maybe some tools, a gift certificate at a local repair shop for his toys. Make up a coupon book that he can use on weekends, that include things personal that he likes (you are only limited by your imagination, get the idea?) And there are always the things most men get, pj's, attire he needs to ride his dirt bike. Maybe a entry into a car/truck show for his pick-ups. Mr. Clean Car Cleaning Kit is a great gift idea. My husband got one from his sister. Used it once on his Jeep, now he is in love with it. You don't have to dry the car or drive around until it's dry. It is a spotless shine. You can get it at Walmart, real cheap and then buy him some refills. My Dad never had fleece active wear, so I bought him the pants and sweatshirt one year and he fell in love with it. He asked for it every year, said it keeps him warm in the winter when he was watching TV. Does he like music, buy him his favorite band on CD, or maybe a CD player for his trucks.
