We have one child and married in the Philippines. My husband was denied by the immigration because of lack income. What would happen to me and our child? I do not work. Would getting a job help? Can he get a better job and reapply? Good luck but I would get an attorney before you respond
Perhaps working yourself could help raise this family income issue.
get an immigration lawyer quickly, and work with him/her to see what can be done to appeal.
