My aunt wants to apply for an Indian passport. She dosent stay with my uncle. They are not divorsed. They share minimum relationship. So my Q. is should she apply as married or in her maternal name? She dosnet have enough documents for application.How should a wife seperated not divorsed from husband apply for an Indian Passport?
She don't have to be divorced to apply for the passport. She should apply in her married name is she is married.
