My husband worries about his health because he drink coffee and tea everyday during work. he works as a contruction and he needs those two in order to have enegy to move around. Too much coffee can raise bad cholesterol levels. Tea is actually good for you even though the caffeine is higher. I would tell him to stick with only one cup of coffee a day and drink tea the rest of the day. My grandma drank tea everyday and all day and is healthy as an ox. ha ha ha....she's in her mid 80's. A little nutty but healthy. Her mind will die and her body will still be running. : )
